About the Role

The Senior Manager Global Marketing, Pro will be responsible for the development and delivery of an overarching digital marketing strategy that helps maintain Harman s position as the preeminent company in Pro sound. The role will work closely with the Global Marketing Communications lead on the development of overarching marketing and digital strategy and the development of digital assets for brands like JBL, Martin and AKG. This role will also work with the regional marketing teams to create launch strategies for future global product launches.
Your Team

This role has 5 direct reports that focus in areas of marketing, digital and web development.
What You Will Do

  • Lead a team of 5 marketing professionals to develop and drive the overarching global digital marketing strategy. Must ensure alignment on and provide direction in areas including, launch activations, partnerships, and digital new product creative development for all markets.
  • Drive the marketing support of the jblpro.com website with regular updates to enhance consumer engagement and reflect new product/technology offerings. Work closely with the Ecommerce team to build and maintain an efficient path to purchase on the JBLPro.com
  • Partner with Pro Marketing Communications lead to drive alignment in the development of digital tools and campaigns that follow the global strategy with brands targets and positioning at the heart of each concept.
  • Lead the plan and execution of global digital media for global projects. It s critical to understand the professional audience (prosumer, installer, distributor) and the ever changing digital landscape
  • Act as a steward of the Harman pro brands in support of the brand promise, brand vision, brand position and brand architecture.

What You Need

  • Deep expertise in digital marketing across all digital and social platforms is a must-have.
  • Experience in or strong knowledge of the professional audio category
  • 5
    years of marketing experience in the digital arena and college degree
  • Project management and problem-solving skills Experience driving projects within defined schedules with the ability to resolve issues and gates while maintaining schedules
  • Solid planning and organization skills Ability to manage, cross functional teams, complex projects, and priority shifts necessary with global marketing development.
  • Good collaboration skills Ability to effectively collaborate with teams around the world and with leading agencies to drive the best thinking and implementation of marketing ideas.
