HR Manager

Job Description We are looking for a high impact HR Manager to serve as a business partner in our company headquarters. It's an amazing time to join Pharmavite. The HR Manager will be a trusted consultant to functional leaders on people matters; and a coach across all levels within your client groups. Among some of the functions that you will support include Finance, Sales, Research & Development, Legal, and/or IT.   You will have valuable experiences in core duties traditionally associated with a well-rounded HR professional as listed below. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Ability to tactically execute on people strategies to deliver on short and long term business objectives (i.e., business acumen) Experience with managing or leading teams through change Experience in organizational design and workforce planning Successful track record of implement talent development, management, and succession programs Familiarity with employment laws from wage and hour, discrimination, to reasonable accommodations Effective listening, communication, and influencing skills Strong project management and conflict resolution skills A four-year college or university degree. Masters is preferred 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources or similarly impactful business experience A minimum of three years human resources leadership/management experience. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
