Enterprise Solutions Manager

The Enterprise Solutions Manager is responsible for serving as a liaison between Pharmavite IT development teams and the user community.
This position requires strong capabilities in analytical tools / methodologies, business systems understanding, and solid communication skills to resolve issues.
Capabilities to define and document requirements for enhancements or changes to the enterprise system.
This position requires the ability to develop and manage detailed project management plans.
The Enterprise Solutions Manager leads and directs the work of assigned direct reports and provides leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess the following :
Comprehensive knowledge of systems development life cycle, structured analysis, design and programming techniques, programming languages, web-based tools/solutions, system utilities and development tools, application software packages, and PC-based packages used in development or support of production systems Expertise in project management, leading inter-organization change to increase efficiency by the implementation of technology.
Investigating, negotiating and selecting outside services.
In-depth knowledge of Pharmavite operations and business process.
Proven experience working with business analysts, developers, documentation, training, and quality assurance teams.
Proven problem solving and attention to detail while being thorough and accurate in work performance.
Expertise in leading and managing enterprise wide functional staff technical staff.
Expertise leading and managing external vendor assignments and relationships.
Broad, state-of-the-art technology awareness that can be applied creatively to business problems and opportunities.
Expertise in E1 conversions and interfaces.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization.
Requires a 4 year college or university degree or its equivalent in Computer Science Business Administration or related field.
Requires 5 to 7 years' experience IT work experience with strong project management skills and Oracle (JDE) E1 implementation expertise.
Four years' experience working with Procurement.
Oracle (JDE) Certification.
The incumbent has direct supervisory responsibility for up to 10 to 15 employees.
