We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sales, and technology products.
This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, providing exceptional service, and handling transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere - Process customer transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system - Assist customers in locating products and making recommendations - Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers - Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the cash register - Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area Skills:
