Job Description:
Serve as the first contact with users who need technical assistance via the phone or email from 8 am to 5 pm Help troubleshoot user account issues like lock outs, password reset, etc.
Setup new hardware like desktops, laptops, etc.
Install software or applications on users workstations and/or laptops Perform troubleshooting of various user, network issues using different diagnostic tools Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components.
Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
Travel will be required once a week between different office / clinic locations in Los Angeles and Orange County (travel expense will be reimbursed).
Required
Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred GPA of 0
is required (resume must disclose GPA).
Excellent problem solving abilities 2
years' experience preferred Knowledgeable about Active Directory, VPN, Networking concepts, end point protection, etc.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $66,560 - $80,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
