Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team.
The Service Writer will be responsible for interacting with customers, assessing their vehicle service needs, and coordinating the repair process with our technicians.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit - Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately - Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair of vehicles - Provide estimates for repairs and obtain necessary approvals from customers - Schedule appointments and manage work orders efficiently - Update customers on the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed - Process payments and handle cash transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive service writing or a related field preferred - Some mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle issues and repairs - Ability to listen & understand customer needs - Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation - Knowledge of automotive software Join our team as a Service Writer and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued and developed.
