BCBA Supervisor's Role:
Providing supervision to a treatment team of behavioral therapists who are providing direct services in home and/or school settings.
Training/teaching your behavioral therapists.
Providing Parent Training within these programs.
Collaboration with teachers, school administrative staff, parents and your behavioral team.
Working alongside the Clinical Director for guidance and mentorship.

Solutions Candidates should be Someone Who:
Is an absolute team player who likes to work together in harmony and collaboration! Has a Minimum of 1 year of providing BCBA Supervision in both the school and home setting.
Has a Minimum of 3
years of providing direct services in both the school and home setting.
Is Adept in professional collaboration.
Demonstrates sound judgment, great decision-making skills, adept in problem-solving and a natural with interpersonal skills.
Has an energetic attitude with enthusiasm for children's success.
