Maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies Enforcing lease terms Light cleaning Collect rents, process rent payments Process invoices and work orders Maintain accurate records of tenant files including payments, work orders, late notices, memos, etc.
Maintain building systems by scheduling maintenance services, vendors and supervising repairs Maintain property by walking it on a regular basis to address any maintenance issues, investigating and investigating/mediating tenant issues and complaints Inspect vacant units to assess repairs needed and scheduling vendors Skills include professionalism, good communication, Microsoft Office, Appfolio a plus but will train Minimum of 3 years on-site property management experience (include experience in the body of your resume) To be considered for this position, please submit a brief cover letter describing your prior property management duties and resume.
