We have been recruiting and training teams for summer camps all over the US for over a decade.
We are seeking energetic candidates excited to make friends and help cultivate an experience of a lifetime for our young students.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the initial preparation of the Center before student arrivals Accompany students on full-day and half-day excursions, leading local tours Collaborate with staff to coordinate activities and campus events including but not limited to:
sports, arts and crafts, themed discos, karaoke, talent shows and off-campus visits and excursions Set up and supervise planned activities Support manager with arrivals and departures Socialize and interact with students and group leaders Provide support, guidance and motivation to students Encourage students to speak English and participate in activities Supervise students during meals, lesson breaks and when in the halls of the residence Willing and able to assist in the event of an emergency Commit to the welfare and security of students and group leaders at all times
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills Team player attitude prepared to contribute and collaborate on ideas Creative thinkers who can look outside the box to solve problems Approachable, friendly and able to build rapport with young people Ability to take initiative and lead groups with confidence Capacity to ask for help and research when needed Maintain adaptability, creativity and flexibility when preparing groups for excursions and activities Strong conflict resolution skills Requirements:
Over 18 years of age Idiomatic English fluency Attend pre-summer training day Work 6 days with 1 day off or 12 days with 2 days off Confidence, enthusiasm and ability to lead 11 - 17 year olds Preferred (not required)
Qualifications:
Second language First Aid/CPR training Sports coaching/PE qualifications Experience with training or working in the sport, travel or related industry.
Previous experience as a camp counselor (in a residential role) Experience working with children/teenagers Perks Housing and meals on campus are completely covered Job Types:
