Responsibilities:
?- Provide gym membership options services to individuals, couples, families, and groups?- Conduct which members plans based on client needs is better for them?- Help keep the facility clean?- Stay up-to-date on new leads and referrals - Outside Marketing Skills:
?- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive and supportive environment for clients?- Sales experience to promote counseling services and attract new clients?- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software to manage client information and track progress?- Ability to work independently and as part of a team?- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients?- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities?- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
