The position is Full time and the manager will live onsite at the one property which is located near Devonshire Street and Lindley Ave.
Responsibilities:
(Not Limited To):
Collection of Rent & Delinquencies Generating and Posting of notices as needed Schedule and review maintenance service requests as needed Obtain bids and maintain relationships with vendors Advertise, market and lease vacant units Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants Requirements:
(Not Limited To):
1 year of onsite property manager experience preferred GED or HS Diploma Valid Driver's license, this is a MUST Vehicle that can be used for work purposes on a daily basis Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area Compensation:
$3000-3800/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage) Medical, dental, vision, life insurance Schedule:
Full Time Monday-Friday- 8:
00am - 5:
