Responsibilities:
Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on services Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service Process sales in POS (Point-of-Sale) Answering phone calls and any inquiries customers may have Receive packages and sort mail in mailboxes accurately Provide all the services offered, Ex:
Take Passport Photos, Cut keys, Make photo copies, Etc.
Maintain a clean and customer friendly environment Qualifications / Skills:
Notary / Live scan License is HIGHLY preferred but not required Bilingual is preferred Previous Sales / Customer Service experience is preferred Proficiency in English and basic math skills Proficient in basic computer skills / Typing Strong communication and organization skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment Willing to work a flexible schedule Job Type:
