Define the edge of what's possible--for our people, our customers, and the world The Account Based Marketing (ABM) Strategist will own the strategy and optimization of Zebra's global digital ABM infrastructure, supporting the marketing activities aligned to sales identified account objectives. You will be the authority on ABM; documenting and sharing best practices, using data to optimize campaign performance, and ensuring the continued development of a best-in-class ABM framework. Responsibilities Own global integrated ABM strategy and playbook to define ABM vs. marketing to accounts, ABM campaign objectives, processes, roles and responsibilities, and the marketing mix aligned with specific programs Work closely with Martech to implement high-performance ABM marketing tools and integrations Deliver training of tools and processes to our sales and marketing teams to help them be more efficient and effective Collaborate with regional marketers, digital marketers and external agencies to optimize ABM framework designed to generate demand aligned with sales goals and account plans Use profile data and behavioral activity to drive sequenced programs that ultimately lead to right time, right message delivery Own global reporting and dashboards to track performance to executive ABM goals Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or similar 8
years of running Marketing programs or processes in a B2B global company Expertise in campaign strategies and creative direction or agency coordination Digital marketing expertise; firm understanding of testing strategies and execution of all digital assets Preferred Qualifications Data-driven and proficient with extracting analytic insights to optimize efforts Depth of experience in creation and strategic implementation of multi-touch/ multi-phase campaigns in support of technically-advanced products & solutions Ability to think strategically and guide internal partners, based on Marketing expertise CRM/marketing automation background, preferably Salesforce and Eloqua Experience with ABM tools (Demandbase) preferred Excellent communicator and collaborator; knows how to build organizational support across multiple functions within the company #LI-Remote
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Communications & PR, Brand Marketing & Management, Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
