Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team.
As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing aspects of the company's financial records, including payroll, tax filings, and general ledger accounting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in double-entry bookkeeping and possess excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Duties:
- Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures - Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees - Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations - Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes - Generate financial reports for management review - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role - Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles - Proficient in using accounting software (e.
g.
, QuickBooks) - Experience with general ledger reconciliation and financial report writing - Familiarity with payroll processing and tax filing requirements - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Skills:
