As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by providing excellent customer service and support to our servers and guests.

Duties:
- Assist servers with setting up tables and preparing the dining area for service - Greet guests and escort them to their tables - Provide menus to guests and answer any questions they may have - Assist in taking food and beverage orders accurately - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Clear tables and reset them for the next guests - Refill water glasses and attend to any additional needs of the guests - Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure efficient service - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred - Knowledge of banquet or event service is a plus - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is beneficial - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent guest services - Willingness to assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed (e.
